Wolfman Jack aka Bob Smith portrayed himself sort of in “American Graffiti”. At night from LA up to as far as Montana, the Wolfman could be heard booming across the Southwest US from station XERB in Del Rio Texas with a transmitter just across the border pumping out 150,000 watts of power.
